L+M Hospital Summer Stride 5K & 10K

The community tradition continues with Lawrence + Memorial Hospital in a 5K and 10K road race for all ages and abilities.The 5K offers competitive and casual runners a great 3.1 mile race while also welcoming walkers and families with strollers on the relatively flat and scenic course. The 10K is a double loop with long straightaways, offering a fast course with stunning ocean views along Pequot Avenue.

An event to enjoy with the family, special touches will help recognize dads, father figures and everyone who is celebrated on Father’s Day .

Earn a high quality, Summer Stride technical short-sleeve shirt to wear proudly as a finisher. Then enjoy a refreshing cold treat to cool off post-race.

HMF FitKids: Bring the whole family and enjoy the kids run with options of a ¼ mile or ½ mile (for kids ages 2-11)!
