A Former Friend & Brad Bensko Band At The Oasis Pub

Hailing from New London, CT, Brad Bensko is a multi-instrumentalist singer/songwriter, record producer and engineer, and coming to New London CT this May with a full band with him! Drawing from his love of 50s and 60s pop, American Songbook, and American Roots, Brad weaves these influences together to create fresh songs with ties to the past. His musical ventures over the years have led him to sharing the stage with the likes of Paul Rishell, Annie Raines, Happy Traum, John Sebastian, and Gordon Lightfoot.

Brad Bensko is now in the works of a follow up EP and immediately after, a second LP. Many of these new songs will be performed at the Oasis for the first time with a full band, you don’t want to miss it!


A Former Friend follows in the grand tradition of American songwriting, speaking truth to power through words in music. With a sound that was born in Arizona and raised in Kentucky, A Former Friend draws upon a rich musical history steeped in honesty to present a unique voice through a modern lens. His insightful world view has been crafted by connecting with audiences across the globe.
