Hike and Yoga at the Peak

Join us for a rejuvenating outdoor experience at East Rock in New Haven on April 27 at 10:30 AM. We will start the hike setting our intentions with a walking mediation to the peak where we’ll unwind with a calming yoga session. Please note this is a moderate hike and you will need to carry a yoga mat to the peak, the trails are not paved.
