MREC: This course satisfies the required 30 hours Post-Licensing requirement by the Mississippi Real Estate Commission.

Course Attendance Requirement: In order to receive your certificate of completion, you must attend all hours of class instruction. Cell phones are to remain on silent and all phone calls are to be limited to emergencies only.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: A minimum number of students are required for any Mississippi REALTORS® Institute class to make. If the course is cancelled, you will be notified by email.
