Hip Hop Yoga Sculpt Workshop

Ready to turn up the heat on your mat? Welcome to Hip Hop Yoga Sculpt—a high-energy, rhythm-driven class that fuses the mindfulness of yoga, the burn of strength training, and the vibe of hip hop.
We’ll start grounded with a few minutes of mindful breathwork and intention-setting, preparing both body and mind. From there, we flow into an upbeat, music-fueled yoga sequence—layered with strength-building moves like squats, lunges, bicep curls, and core work using light weights or body resistance. Think Warrior 2 with curls, Chair Pose with pulses, and Down Dog to Plank transitions that get the heart pumping.
All of it choreographed to a fire hip hop playlist that motivates and moves you.
We wrap up with a feel-good stretch and closing meditation to ground your energy and leave you strong, sweaty, and centered.
