Floating Sound Bath

Experience deep relaxation in our Floating Sound Bath. Suspended weightlessly in an aerial hammock, you’ll be cradled as the healing tones of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Kashi chimes, and gentle singing wash over you.


Sound baths help quiet the mind, release tension, and support emotional balance. The hammocks enhance the experience with gentle compression, creating a calming, cocoon-like sensation that soothes the nervous system and encourages deep relaxation.


Space is limited to 12 participants. Join Lea and float into serenity.


Arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Doors lock at the start of class.
