Relax, release and let go with a very special Full Moon Yoga and Sound Bath Meditation Event

Please join Yoga Instructor/Reiki Master Jana Valkova for a very special Yoga Flow and Sound Bath

(please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and set up your spot)

The Full Moon serves as an opportunity to reflect, release, and illuminate ourselves. It is a powerful time to create positive change in our lives. Just as we look up and see the brightness of the moon in the night sky, this time of the month is when we are asked to shine light on ourselves and determine where we are at, what we are ready to let go of, and what intentions we would like to set for the future.

Bring a mat, cozy blanket and your favorite crystals to charge, then prepare to move gently and lie back, relax, as experience a new level of serenity.

Before long, you'll find yourself floating in a state of deep relaxation as your tension and stress melts away.

Based on ancient healing techniques, vibrations of sound work on a cellular level to recalibrate the mind, body, and spirit. These healing frequencies stimulate alpha and theta brain wave frequencies, balance the hemispheres of the brain, and promote deep rest and relaxation.

**Please bring your favorite crystals to be blessed and charged and journal to self reflect.
