Beginner Aerial Yoga Workshop

Aerial Yoga is a unique combination of aerial arts and traditional yoga. You will have the opportunity to learn about the health benefits of practicing aerial yoga, how to use an aerial hammock, and how to perform yoga postures with the gentle support of the fabric. This workshop is dedicated to people who have never taken an aerial yoga class and are interested in experiencing something new in a friendly and safe environment.
