Rooted in the Journey Into Power sequence and the Baptiste methodology, this series breaks down the staple poses and principles you’ll experience in every class, so you can move with greater ease, clarity, and flow.
Whether you’re new to power yoga or looking to refine your foundation, this series will help you understand the why behind the poses, improve alignment, and build sustainable strength. We’ll slow things down, ask questions, and explore how individual postures connect into a powerful, intentional flow.
