Baby and Me Yoga Class with Katie

This special class is designed to nurture the bond between you and your baby while supporting your postpartum healing and connection to self. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your practice, you'll be guided through gentle movements, breathwork, and mindfulness that ground you in your body and your evolving identity as a mom.

We’ll explore a blend of strengthening and relaxing poses, with plenty of space for connection, laughter, and baby snuggles along the way.

Details:
👶 For moms cleared by their OBGYN (typically after the 6-week checkup)
👼 Babies aged 6 weeks to 1 year
🧘‍♀️ Please bring a yoga mat and anything that will help you and your baby feel comfortable—favorite toys, tummy time pillows, or blankets welcome!

Investment: $20 Member / $30 Future Member

Come as you are—crying, feeding, and diaper changes are part of the experience and totally welcome here.
