Compression and Tension and how an individual's skeletal structure and musculature impacts their physical practice.
Internal rotation vs. external rotation and awareness to which poses are internally rotated, externally rotated, or both.
Expanded awareness of the vertebral column and how to have healthy spinal alignment in each poses and why it's so important.
