Invitations to share, reflect and be held in a gentle, non-judgmental space, no pressure, just be you, do you.
Nourishment for the Body and Soul: A seasonal, Organic plant based lunch, nourishing snacks and herbal teas will be lovingly prepared from the bounty of the land here at Chifull Sanctuary. We honour the cycles of nature in every part of this offering.
What makes this retreat special: Intentionally slow, soulful and deeply restorative - an antidote to modern busyness. Rooted in Authenticity, care and connection to the land and the seasons, open to all levels - no experience in Qigong, meditation or Art needed.
