As part of our very first Summer Artist Residency Program, we’re thrilled to present a unique open showing by our resident dance artist, guided by Sophie Barbarics—master dance teacher, professional dancer, and inspiring mentor.
This intimate event invites you to witness a raw and beautiful moment of artistic exploration. It’s a chance to experience the vulnerability of creation in real time—a core value of what The Booster stands for: a safe and supportive space for bold artistry, experimentation, community connection, and the curious creative minds.

Artist statement: Local multidisciplinary artist, Cypress (she/they/he) welcomes participants into their sacred, slithery world; through meditation, mantra, and dance performance the meaning of “Charming The Serpent Within” will become illuminated for all.
Doors open: 7.45 pm
Meditation: 8 pm
Performance: 8.30 pm
Entry: $10-$20, by donation
