Soundbath & Ceremonial Calligraphy Workshop

Join Sound Facilitator Nadine Wildwood and Master Artist Zen Wang for an afternoon as we immerse ourselves into a meditative practice using brush and ink.

Learn to implement the principles of this Chinese Calligraphy practice while bathing in a healing field of sacred sound and sipping some fragrant and flavourful teas provided by our local tea studio; Water Over Leaves.

What to Expect:

In this 3 hour immersive workshop we will first "ground into sound" as we prepare to learn the basic posture and philosophy of Chinese Calligraphy. From there we will practice this new skill while accompanied by the healing frequencies provided by Nadine Wildwood.

After we warm up with a practice session, we will then maneuver into a meditation that will prompt and guide our intentions for humanity which will then be scribed with the Chinese Characters we have learned onto rice paper.

We will close this creative ceremony and share our take aways before ending our time together.
