Join us for a Bodylight group session to boost energy, stretch the body and mind, and cultivate more balance and calmness throughout the whole being. Such a blissful sensation to carry into your day!
Bodylight® is a unique blend of Yoga, Pilates, and Qi-Gong. Drawing from different teachings and methods, this session enhances mind-body connection, concentration, joint mobilization, balance, and stability, supporting muscle flexibility and strength. You will improve the isolation of muscle activation and learn breathing techniques to energize/relax you. All of this brings lightness and joy to the mind and activates qi/prana, the life force energy within us. The session holds space to be intuitive and can take you deeper into your own breath-body-mind awareness.
Thursdays: 7 am - 8 am
$20 drop-in or 5x session for $80

General level - anyone is welcome. Wear comfy clothes, and bring a bottle of water. Mats and small props (balls, half spiky domes, thera-bands, blocks, loop bands, bolsters provided to make classes authentic and playful).
