Living from Love - 5 Day Retreat

Living from Love: Tuning into Your Heart’s Messages 5 Day Retreat offers a supportive environment to listen and become receptive to your still, small voice - invite healing that clears the way for expressions of gratitude, generosity and compassion.

In this retreat, we offer practices of reflection, mantra, visualization, silence and breath to deepen a connection to the inner source of love.

Arrive between 2-5pm on September 26 in time for dinner and program introduction. Depart by 10am after breakfast on October 2. Your stay includes accommodation, tuition and three meals per day. Enjoy savings and a shared experience by rooming with someone you know!
