Full moon Yuan Gong

All Welcome to join us for the next Full Moon practice in the yurt at Chifull Sanctuary.

This month the theme is transforming the pattern of stubbornness, we will explore how Stubbornness gets in the way of our True Self and our openness to possibilities

Moving and Still Qigong practices to deepen the connection to our hearts and True Self.

This is a monthly session, open to all including beginners and is hosted by various local Yuan Gong teachers. Please bring a koha (suggested $10-20) to make these events possible.

Tea will be available after the practice. Wear loose comfortable clothing.

Please arrive early for a 7pm start.

Parking is available down the driveway (Sharpes road) 100m down near the houses or another 100m down by the yurt (be careful if the grounds are really wet, possibly park at the road opposite challenge to avoid getting stuck)
