This months visiting leader is Wendy Mayima who will bring many years of experience to this transformative and uplifting practise The Dances of Universal Peace draw on the sacred phrases, chants, movement and music from the world's spiritual heritage and wisdom traditions. The dances invoke an embodied sense of unity, presence, and compassion and touch the spiritual essence within us.
They are participatory with no prior experience needed.
