WHAT IS THIS?
There’s a kind of magic that happens when humans move together— it’s called collective effervescence. (Wonderful phrase, right?) It’s that deep, tingly joy that rises up when we’re part of something bigger than ourselves. These gatherings are a gentle experiment into that joy: four evenings of moving, musing, and making meaning—together.
Each one-hour session includes gentle playful movement explorations (nothing fancy, just human), warm conversation, personal and collective inquiry, and we’ll finish the series with a pot-luck feast to celebrate our midwinter cocoon. Think of it as soul nourishment through movement and togetherness.
WHO IS IT FOR?
You, most likely.
If you’re 16–116, and you feel a little curious, this is for you.
It’s aimed at adults – kids get plenty of fun things to do.
No experience needed—just come as you are, in comfy clothes you can move in. You don’t need to be “a dancer” or even especially outgoing. You can take part, or simply come and watch until it feels right to join in.
If you’ve never done anything like this before? Perfect. That’s the best place to begin.
WHY COME?
To reconnect with your own body.
To laugh (maybe a lot).
To feel creatively awake.
To meet lovely humans.
To remind yourself what it feels like to be a part of something bigger.
