About the event

Corn n Pelvic Floor Fascia Reconditioning Class
This class addresses pelvic floor dysfunction which contrary to what many believe is from a hypertonic pelvic floor which occurs when the muscles in the pelvic floor become too tense and are unable to relax.

This may result in constipation, painful sex, leakage, urgency and pelvic pain.

For years pelvic floor training has focused extensively on strengthening the muscles, ignoring the importance that fascia and the collagenous tissue play in pelvic floor function.

This class will help you learn how to build resilient, responsive, flexible fascia which is vital if you’re a woman and especially important if you’ve got scar tissue from a c-section or hysterectomy or problems originating from your pelvic floor.

You’ll learn how to rebuild your pelvic floor, isolate and control each layer of muscle and fascia and increase the tone of erectile tissue.

Wednesday Sept 24th 10:30am $12 byo mat, towel & water. 6 Norburn Ave, Nelson Bay.
