Sip & Savor: A Cider Dinner

Indulge in an evening of delicious cider paired with a delectable dinner at our very first Sip & Savor: A Cider Dinner event at Bold Rock Nellysford on Tuesday, August 26 at 6PM.

Experience the perfect harmony of flavors as you sip on our finest ciders and savor each bite of the specially curated menu. Prepare yourself for a memorable night filled with great company, amazing food, and of course, fantastic cider.

Tickets are $75.00/pp and will cover all four (4) courses, along with an amuse-bouche and dessert, plus your cider pairings to go along with each dish. The event will be hosted at our Main Taproom with amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, which will be closed to the public for the evening for a private and intimate dining experience like no other. Guests looking to come to the taproom will be directed to the Barrel Barn for general service where we will have our full lineup of ciders & cocktails available.

• Amuse-bouche: Bruleed Peach Slice with Herbed Ricotta
• 1st Course: Fried Green Tomato with Burratta and Pepper Jelly served with IPA Cider
• 2nd Course: Seared Tuna Tiradito with Tiger’s Milk and a Mango Pineapple Relish served with Paradise Orchard
• 3rd Course: Linguine Fresca with Basil, Pecorino, and Ripe Cherry Tomatoes served with Vintage Dry
• 4th Course: Seared Lamb Rib Mrouzia with Rice Pilaf served with the Apple Cider
• Dessert: Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta topped with Olive Oil Lemon Curd served with Premium Dry Cider
