Indulge in a one-of-a-kind family food and wine experience at Kievits Kroon’s annual Gauteng Prawn and Wine Festival taking place on Sunday, 3 August 2025, from 10:00 – 15:00.
Our Gauteng Prawn and Wine Festival is a family event, providing fun activities and an opportunity to have a good time for both adults and kids. The day will feature plenty of delicious food, from sizzling stir-fry stations to slow-cooked potjies and paella pans, there’s a prawn-inspired dish for every palate. Your ticket grants you access to all of this scrumptious food on an all-you-can-eat basis, so be sure to get here early so that you have the time to try everything on offer.
For the adults, there will be over 50 wines available so that you can find the perfect pairing for your meals. Not sure what to get? We have you covered with 6 wine tasting tokens included with your ticket, allowing you to try different wines to find the one that you best enjoy.
For the kiddies, we will have plenty of activities available to keep them busy and happy, including face painting, cupcake decorating, arts and crafts, jumping castles mechanical bull rides, and more.
