4th Annual Student Gala

Now in its fourth year, the Annual Student Gala hosted by vocal coach Sylwia Anna Drwal has become a heartfelt celebration of community, creativity, and shared achievement. This uplifting event brings together singers of all ages and abilities, giving them the chance to perform on a professional stage with the support of Sheffield’s wonderfully generous local session musicians. Their presence creates a nurturing, encouraging environment where every performer can shine.

Set in one of Sheffield’s most cherished grassroots venues, the gala embodies the spirit of the city’s music community: collaborative, welcoming, and deeply rooted in lifting one another up. Each performance represents dedication, growth, and personal courage, and the atmosphere throughout the evening is one of pride, excitement, and genuine connection.

This year’s gala also supports Rain Rescue, a charity that works tirelessly to help vulnerable cats and dogs across the region. By coming together to celebrate talent and raise funds for a cause close to many hearts, the event highlights the powerful impact community can have when it unites around music, compassion, and shared purpose
