Fair Rules
· The tables are 8’ x 2’
· The booths are 10' x 8'
· Electrical access can be requested but is not guaranteed. Bring your own labeled extension cords and duct tape
· Bring your own tablecloths
· Payment is due upon registration for the fair
· Communication will be conducted via email. Email will be used exclusively to send confirmations and changes
· Applications can be found at https://www.jraar.org/fair-vendor-application
· Events staff reserve the right to approve or deny any registration for any reason
· Once your registration is approved, you will receive a link to purchase table tickets electronically or pay by check or money order via mail. The mailing address is 736 Arthur Street, Menasha WI 54952
· Your table will not be reserved until payment is received
· Tables cannot be cancelled on short notice (less than two weeks). Cancellations made more than two weeks in advance of the event will receive a full refund
· If you register for a table, you are responsible for paying for it, regardless of your attendance. You are solely responsible for paying for your table(s)
· Tables are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please purchase your tickets before they sell out
· You may not transfer a reservation to another party
· The room layout changes from fair to fair
· Do not assume you will get the same table as previous fairs
· We strive to accommodate requests for electrical outlets but cannot guarantee them
· Day Before Move-in is typically between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Contact the event coordinator for details
· Day of Move-in is between 8:00 AM and 10:30 AM only
· All items must be in the room by 10:30 AM. After this time, attendees begin to line up and safety becomes an issue
· Prior to 11:00 AM, only vendors and JRAAR staff may enter the event space
· Additional helpers may enter the room early to assist with set-up but must pay General Admission. Exceptions are made for young children of vendors
· Encourage your pre-paid sales to arrive at noon for pickup and to pay admission. This ensures fairness to all
· No personal sales or trades of any kind will be permitted on Fair premises without prior approval of an Event's Chairperson
· Limit of one vendor per registration
· JRAAR reserves the right to remove anyone behaving disruptively or unsafely
· Only items related to the event theme may be sold (e.g., crafts at a Craft Fair, fish at a Fish Fair). No exceptions without express permission from an Event Chairperson
· Vendors are responsible for collecting any applicable sales tax
· Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws
· Vendors have the right to refuse service to anyone
· All transactions must include a receipt of purchase, business card, and/0r contact information to maintain professionalism and customer servic.
· Children under 15 years must be accompanied by an adult during the sale of any animal. Vendors must use discretion regarding sales; not all animals are suitable for all keepers
· All animals will be inspected before the public is allowed entry. Animals that appear sick, injured, imported (if all-captive bred show), show visible mites/ticks, are illegal or questionable, should be removed immediately. Health conditions are determined by the event staff
· Temperature-sensitive and fragile animals must be maintained with adequate heat/humidity throughout the show.
· No personal/outside pets allowed at the show/expo
All attendees participate at their own risk. JRAAR, its officers, board members, Doubletree by Hilton, or any other persons associated with this event do not assume responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event. Note that the map is subject to change without notice
