Join Yoga with Catherine Zehner for this Springtime Yoga Nidra and Breathwork for Deep Rest & Planting The Seeds Of Manifestations. Saturday May 24th 2-3PM The Wild Soul Sister 307 S. Commercial St. (Lower Level In the Old Post Office Side Entrance). Spring is the time of renewal and transformation, as life bursts forth after the long darkness of winter. Are there dreams you wish to manifest in your life? Plant the seeds of your dreams while in Yogic Sleep (deep meditative rest) to help bring forth your manifestation. These examples are through your Sankalpa. Sankalpa is a statment that you make to your self as if it is happening now. Examples can be I am healthy and happy, or I am abundant in all aspects of my life. etc.
