In 2023, the Cities of Neenah, Menasha, and Village of Fox Crossing partnered with Fox-Wolf Watershed Alliance and GEI Consultants to assess Little Lakeโs severe algae blooms, invasive plants, and sediment issues. Though that grant-funded project has concluded, we need a community-led association to:
- Secure state grant funding for waterโquality projects (WDNR Surface Water Grants)
- Advocate for coordinated management across all three municipalities
- Enhance property values, recreational access, and shoreline protection
- Engage residents, anglers, and businesses in education and outreach

- Community Network: Connect with neighbors, stakeholders, and experts
- Environmental Stewardship: Monitor water quality, control invasives, and restore habitat
- Recreational Improvements: Advocate for boat launches, fishing access, and safe water levels
