Zinfandel & Primitivo

Zinfandel, the decidedly American varietal, is a genetic relative of the Italian grape Primitivo. Both produce spicy, robust red wines that are anything but timid. Often easy-drinking, Zinfandel and Primitivo make dining fun and exciting! At this class we will taste a range of both Zinfandel and Primitivo wines that will electrify your palate! Come hungry, as the wines will be paired with a delicious meal, prepared under the talented Cappella chef/owner, Rob Picardi. Note: A wine fee of $15 per person is payable in class. Limited to 23.
