Sound Journey; a transformational Yoga and sound experience

Sound journey is an immersive sound healing event that combines gentle movement, breath, and groundbreaking live music. .
What It Includes:

20–25 minutes of guided breath and stretching led by Nissa Diantina, designed to ground participants and prepare the body to receive sound.

40–45 minutes of live, meditative soundscape created by Dave Fiuczynski on his custom double-neck guitar, tuned to healing frequencies.

The journey blends subtle movement with powerful sonic vibrations that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and inner transformation.

Why It’s Unique:
Unlike traditional sound baths using bowls or gongs, this event features a live musical performance by a world-renowned guitarist who weaves frequencies, microtones, and ambient textures in real time. Combined with mindful movement and breathwork, this format invites participants into a multi-sensory, soul-centered journey.
