A short, sweet, and playful barre session set to Disney favorites—perfect for toddlers and preschoolers! We’ll wiggle, stretch, and move to the magic of childhood classics. 👑🧚‍♀️

🕚 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM | 2000s Throwback Combo Class (Adult + Kid Friendly)
Get ready to dance and tone to the greatest hits of the early 2000s! This fun, upbeat barre session is designed for parents and older kiddos to enjoy together. Expect high vibes, throwback jams, and a full-body burn. 💿🎧

What is Barre?
A low-impact, full-body workout that combines ballet, Pilates, and yoga to:
• Improve strength & flexibility
• Build core stability
• Use small, controlled movements
• Keep it fun with great music!

Cost:
