We are heading back to Harpole’s Heartland Lodge for another ladies weekend getaway of horseback riding 🐴, bonfires 🔥, hayrides 🚜, and FUN. If you missed the first trip in October, join us May 16-18, 2025! People have already started booking rooms. 💗

☀️ Don’t want to ride horses? Not required! There will also be the opportunity to book fun activities like riding side-by-sides, target practice 🎯, hayrides, etc. You can also choose to relax, read a book 📖, and enjoy being in the beautiful countryside without a care in the world. We’ll have a bonfire each night after dinner. 🔥
There are 7 rooms in the main lodge and 3 have already been booked by our group! 👏🏼 It’s first come, first served.
After the main lodge is filled there’s a lodge next to it they’ll start putting our group in. If we fill up the second lodge there are more we can use!
🏡 Pricing for rooms: *2 night minimum stay, check in 3:00-5:00 p.m. (let office know if you’ll be arriving later)
4 people in room: $172.14 per person, full payment due at time of booking ($688.56)
3 people in room: $201.01 per person, full payment due at booking ($603.02)
2 people in room: $258.75 per person, full payment due at time of booking ($517.50)
Meals 🥧
If you want to eat home cooked, made from scratch meals while there:
Supper $30/night @ 6 p.m.
Brunch $25/day @ 9 a.m. (only available for overnight guests)
*must book/pay for meals a minimum of 5 days before arriving
*there is not a place to cook your own meals but they do have a microwave in the dining hall
