The Benefits of Fishing
Fishing is more than just a sport—it’s a powerful tool for mental health and well-being. According to the Angling Trust, angling provides an escape from the demands of daily life, allowing our minds to rest and reset. It’s a meditative pastime that connects us with nature, helping to reduce stress, improve concentration, and boost overall mood.
A Tawe Disabled Safari day is for Friendly Competition with a Supportive Spirit.
While we all love a bit of friendly competition, our society thrives on helping each other succeed. Whether it’s sharing flies, discussing techniques, or offering advice, we aim to ensure that everyone has the best chance to land a great catch.
Head down Maes-Mawr Rd in Crynant by Segadelli's shop. Follow the street to the bottom, over the humpback bridge and sharp left onto the lane. Continue until you see the ponds on the left and parking on the right.
