A Wellness Morning with Charlotte Swann, Paul Roberts and Metis Sound Healing
Join Charlotte, Paul and Will for a morning of holistic practices to soothe your nervous system and nourish your soul. This three hour wellness experience will begin with the ancient Chinese mind/body practice of qigong. Paul will lead you through a beautiful standing sequence of flowing movements that harness the breath and focus intention to balance the body's vital energy.
Charlotte will then guide you through a carefully curated practice of yin and restorative yoga, where your body and mind will settle into passive holds that invite deep release and full relaxation.
In the final part of the practice Will of Metis Sound Healing will take you on a journey through an immersive sound experience. The soothing soundscape of gongs, singing bowls, drums and chimes will create a full-body listening experience, dropping you completely into deep rest and deep relaxation and the feeling of coming home to your true self.
There will be short breaks between each practice and refreshments will be provided.

Equipment to bring: your own mat and any yoga props you might have, such as blocks, bricks, a bolster or a strap. Please also bring a blanket or two for warmth and support.
