8-Week Beginner Yoga Series w/ Navarre Beach Yoga Studio

OUR 8-WEEK BEGINNER YOGA SERIES Begins Tuesday, JULY 8th at 5:30pm and runs consecutively each Tuesday until AUGUST 26th. Classes are 60 minutes. Investment $128 for the entire 8-week series. Limited to 8 students. Please register on our website to attend.

We invite you to begin your yoga practice in a comfortable and supportive environment. During this 8 week series, participants will learn the foundations & principles of yoga, proper & safe alignment, how to modify common yoga poses, how props are used to aid in your practice, and how to use the breath as a tool for stress relief.

We will explore the body and basic meditation techniques that will help reduce anxiety, tension & pain. Start your wellness journey with this gentle practice that will help you cultivate self-love and mindfulness in everyday life.

This series will work in progression, so it is important to commit to the full series. Online registration is required to attend. Please note there are no refunds or transfers. We have limited space, please be mindful when you register.
