Sunday Course Description: This workshop covers Tuina techniques for pregnancy support and menopause symptom management. Participants will learn safe and effective Tuina applications to relieve pregnancy discomfort and prepare for labor, as well as techniques to ease menopausal transitions by balancing hormonal and energetic shifts.

Learning Outcomes: By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:1. Understand TCM perspectives on pregnancy care and menopause.2. Perform Tuina techniques to support pregnancy and relieve discomfort.3. Recognize contraindications for Tuina during pregnancy.4. Apply Tuina for menopause to balance hormonal changes and alleviate symptoms like hot flashes and insomnia.5. Discuss complementary herbal and lifestyle recommendations for pregnancy and menopause.
