Reciprocity is the practice of giving and receiving, of mutual support, and it is essential to our nature as people. In a society that emphasizes competition and individualism, reciprocity is a counter-cultural value that invites us to see the world differently.
In this Open Circle, we'll be reflecting on the ways we give and receive and support each other in our community. We'll also consider how dynamics of reciprocity shape our spiritual lives, our relationships with the Earth, and our sense of hope for the world.
We invite poems, prayers, and songs that speak to this theme--please bring one to share if you'd like as we go around the circle.

What is Open Circle?
Open Circle is a weekly spiritual gathering where people of all walks of life come together to share truth, connect with sacred presence, and build meaningful community.
We meet every Sunday at 10:30am
It’s free, welcoming, and open to the public—just come as you are.
Each week includes a mix of meditation, music, reflection, creative expression, and shared wisdom. The format varies, but the spirit is always the same: authentic, inclusive, and rooted in a desire to live more deeply in spiritual connection and the power of unconditional love.
