Tammy Donroe Inman, award-winning author and photographer of New England Brunch and New England Desserts, will discuss her favorite weekend brunch recipes, the stories behind them, and the benefits of cooking locally and seasonally. Samples will be provided.

Bio:

Award-winning author Tammy Donroe Inman is a trained chef, cooking instructor, and photographer. She’s written three cookbooks: New England Brunch, New England Desserts, and Wintersweet. A former editor of Boston magazine, Inman got her start testing recipes for Cook's Illustrated magazine and the TV show America's Test Kitchen. She’s also written for Fine Cooking, Yankee magazine, and the Boston Globe. She lives outside Boston with her husband, two high-maintenance cats, and a pair of well-worn roller skates.
