Biodanza Discovery Class

What is Biodanza? Biodanza promotes deeper connection to life through beautiful music, movement and group interaction. There are no set steps to learn and no dance experience needed, only a desire to reawaken one’s enchantment with life through Vivencia – the experience of life lived fully in each moment! Carefully crafted exercises of circles, games, archetypal gestures, and encounters with others are offered in a warm and welcoming environment. Biodanza is an invitation to open one’s heart to rediscovering the joy of being alive…together!

Whether you are familiar with Biodanza or interested in experiencing it for the very first time, you are invited to a discovery class where we will use music, movement and human connection to open more fully to life. No experience needed!

* Brazilian
* Jazz
* African Rhythm
* Classical

This event is free, and donations to the Common Street Spiritual Center are most welcome.

Wear comfy clothes, socks/bare feet. Bring a cushion and water bottle.

Class will be held in the Sanctuary, facilitated by Laurie Thibault and Doug Costello: Facilitator-trainees under the supervision of the Biodanza School SRT Montreal, Southwest Quebec
