The 1st All Hours Fitness Company Wide Plank & Hang Challenge!
🇺🇸 This is our FIRST-TIME EVER COMPANY WIDE AHF challenge!! Stop by on Monday, July 7th, during office hours to test your dead hang and plank skills!!

🎆 Each participant must have their times recorded by a gym rep or trainer, 8:30 AM - 6 PM!! Plank time stops when you hit the floor!! Dead hang time stops when your hands leave the bar!! Plank and hang times will be combined for a total time for each member!

⭐️ The All Hours Fitness-Natchitoches member with the longest time will receive a $50 CASH prize!! We will have a GRAND prize of $100 CASH for ONE member with the longest time entered for ALL of our locations!! Will our GRAND champion of the Plank & Hang Challenge be an AHF Natchitoches member? The true test of GRIT&GRIP.
