This Memorial Day, AHF Fam is taking on the MURPH Challenge - not just a workout, but a tribute. The MURPH honors Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL who gave his life in Afghanistan in 2005. It’s a test of strength, endurance, and sacrifice - just a glimpse of what our heroes give every day. Join us as we sweat with purpose. Completing the MURPH will enter you into a gift basket drawing!
