5:15 PM – Dinner at ELBC
6:00 PM – Depart for Clara Springs
7:00 PM – Move into Bunkhouse Clara Springs
7:30 PM – Big Adventure 1
8:00 PM – Big Session 1
9:30 PM - Small Group Bible Studies (Whenever Big Session 1 Ends)
11:00 PM – Lights Out
2 August (Saturday) Location
8:00 AM – Breakfast Clara Springs
9:00 AM - Big Adventure 2
10:30 AM – Big Session 2
12:00 PM – Lunch
1:00 PM – Small Group Bible Studies
2:30 PM – “Free Time” Swimming Pool/Drop a Deuce/Sports
5:00 – 5:45 PM - Dinner
5:45 – 6:30 PM – Girl Talk or Hanging with the Fellas (Pack and Load bags on Bus)
6:45 PM - Big Session 3
7:45 PM - Small Group Bible Studies
9:00 PM – Depart for ELBC
10:00~10:30 PM – Arrive ELBC
3 August (Sunday) Location
9:30 AM – Worship Service at ELBC ELBC Sanctuary
11:00 AM – Closeout – Sharing and Fellowship in Youth Room
What to Bring:
Bible/Pen/Paper
Comfortable, athletic shoes (closed toe and closed heel – not Crocs)
Two changes of clothes w/ night clothes (wear some clothes you can get dirty on Saturday)
Pillow/Bed Linen/Blanket -or- Sleeping Bag
Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, shaving gear, deodorant)/Sun Protection
Refillable Water Bottle
Flashlight
Swim Suit (Modest One Piece for Ladies or dark t-shirt must be worn over bikini; no “speedos” for guys)
Towel (two towels if you plan to swim)
Optional – cameras, instruments, snacks, sports gear, money for snack shack
What is NOT allowed!!!
Weapons/Tobacco/Vapes/Un-prescribed Drugs/Alcohol, etc.
No electronic video players or game devices (cell phones are permitted – not to be used during Worship or Bible Study)
Inappropriate Clothing – bikinis, halter tops, mini-skirts, spaghetti strap shirts, shorts above mid-thigh, distasteful t-shirt lingo, etc.
Practical joke/prank materials – silly string, balloons, water guns, etc.
