The Details:
May 9th (Friday): SDN Presents: Jump Session: 7:30-11PM ($10) @ DanceNashville (630 Rundle Ave.)
7:30-8:30PM 2 options for classes:
1. Beginner drop-in lesson (complementary) taught by our local SDN instructors.
2. Dig Deeper intermediate class (+$5) taught by Dave and Clare to get a taster for the Saturday intensive.

May 10th (Saturday): Intermediate(+) Intensive with Dave and Claire @ Location: TBD
Cost: Pre-register online by 5/4 for $30, otherwise $40 for 3 hours or $15 per class hour
Prerequisites: At least 2 consecutive Continuing Lindy class series at SDN or equivalent elsewhere. This is an intermediate and up workshop. Comfortability with Swing Outs, Tuck Turns, and mixing 6's and 8's are necessary to get the most out of class.

About Dave: Dave (He/Him) hasn't said no to a dance since finding Lindy Hop in 2012 (seriously). As a teacher, Dave focuses on simple, driving rhythms and deep applicability of foundational concepts. His classes place high value on dynamic following, and inclusive reactions from leaders with body mechanics always at the root of his lead/ follow focus.
Dave has placed in major competitions at national and international events including ILHC, Lindyfest, ULHS, Midwest Lindyfest, Arctic Lindy Exchange, and Atlanta Varsity Showdown.
At home in Atlanta Dave gives warm homes to wayward CDs and records.
About Clare: Clare (She/Her) has been dancing for 8 years now, but her love for jazz and grooving has been with her for way longer. She loves sharing amazing music with amazing people. Whether it’s with Ella or Erskine, Clare will find a way to keep a room full and party stomping.
