Ball Hockey Boot Camp is kicking the summer off with women's street hockey pick up sessions! We want to continue the growth of the women's hockey community in a fun and welcoming environment.
What to Expect
In these 60 minute sessions, we will start with 15 minutes of warm ups that include passing, stickhandling and shooting drills followed by 45 minutes of scrimmaging!
These sessions are for all skill levels and are beginner friendly! Our main goal is to keep current players playing over the summer and providing opportunities to enhance their skills and to provide opportunities for beginner players to learn how to play hockey!
Our event will be run by USA Ball Hockey Certified Coach, Ashley Mouzzon. Ashley has over 10 years experience playing hockey for both ice and ball hockey. She will assist you in warm up drills and facilitate the scrimmaging at each session. If you have any questions, Ashley is happy to help!

Info: Starting at 6:45PM, you will be able to enter the rink and begin warm ups. Warm ups will include stretching, stick handling, passing and shooting drills.
Info: From 7PM-8PM, we will have our open scrimmage, participants will be divided into two teams for the duration of the scrimmage. We will have a 10 minute break after 30 minutes of play.
