Join Movement Lounge, By Yoga Muttz for an all-levels vinyasa yoga class at the Amqui Station Farmers Market!
Class is donation-based, so pay what you can - suggested contribution of $10.
In this beginner friendly class, you will connect breath to movement while you flow from posture to posture.
