An evening of reflection, renewal, and guided meditation.
This is a therapeutic space - a space of grounding, ritual, gentle tools for healing, and shared humanity.

Open to all, this event is especially mindful of those whose voices have been muted or overlooked in society: those navigating grief, identity, transition, burnout, or loneliness.
