Kick off our Summer in Italy at Carne Mare with Giuseppe Russo. He will be sharing stories of his unique and beautiful wines grown around the active volcano of Mount Etna.
In addition to his estate wines, the evening will feature several of Giuseppe's site specific 'Contrade' wines, which are produced in excruciatingly small quantities. Please enjoy these singular wines alongside traditional Sicilian dishes presented by Chef de Cuisine Emma Glasrud.
