This event will start with a 40 minute mat class leading into pop ups from amazing local Nashville businesses. Wanting a permanent bracelet, cold plunge, wellness shots, new wardrobe, and much more all while enjoying a drink from your favorite brewery after getting the burn from your favorite pilates class? Who wouldn't! PLUS all attendees will receive a goodie bag at the event filled with local goodies.

Grab your mat, water bottle, and a friend, and get ready to rok your body at this fun and challenging event! This class is designed for all fitness levels. This low-impact workout focuses on controlled movements that target deep abdominal muscles, increase body awareness, and promote overall balance and stability. The BODYROK dynamic, muscle sculpting sequence of hybrid Pilates movements are designed to ROK YOUR BODY to the core.

This workout is typically done on a Bodyrok reformer machine, but for this special outdoor class, we've adapted it for the mat—bringing the same challenging, core-focused moves to a fresh, open-air setting. Using just a mat and your own body weight, you'll move through a series of exercises that build strength, elongate muscles, and support joint health—all while cultivating a mind-body connection. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a strong foundation for functional movement and long-term wellness. The BODYROK experience is designed to increase your energy level and boost your metabolism even after you leave.
