Hello everyone! Maria Callahan here.
After 7+ incredible years, I'm writing to share some news about my journey with Ballistic. Ray, Zach, Jake, and I have poured our hearts, minds, and souls into this band—it's been a true labor of love working alongside three of the most talented musicians and wonderful people I know.
The entire team at Whiskey Bent has become family to me, and I'm deeply grateful for all the opportunities we've shared there. Over the years, I've had the privilege of getting to know so many of you, our amazing fans. Those connections and friendships mean the world to me.
While performing on Lower Broadway is incredibly rewarding, any working musician will tell you it's also demanding. As I focus on some important developments in my personal life, I've made the decision to take a hiatus from Ballistic. This isn't goodbye—it's simply the end of one chapter and the beginning of something new for all of us.
My final show with the original four-piece lineup will be this Sunday, August 10th. I'd love to see all of you there!
