IMPORTANT : ONLY EXHIBITORS ENTERED IN THE SHOW CAN LEAVE RABBITS FOR SALE. " For every 1 rabbit shown, 1 can be left for sale with a max of 16 per family (ex; so this means you must show 16 rabbits to leave that many, they do not have to be the same shown). YOU MUST SEE MARGE BEFORE COOPING ANY RABBITS. NO SALES OF RABBITS WHILE THE SHOW IS GOING ON.

NO additional entries will be accepted. ONLY Ear changes will be allowed prior to judging.
Please let Marge know how many sale/exhibit cages you want. (maximum of 8 per family & max of 2 rabbits per a cage). No cages will be added past the deadline.

Payment for entries can be cash or check made out in exact amount.
NO CREDIT CARDS OR PAYPAL ACCEPTED.
THERE IS NO REFUNDS ON ENTRIES MADE AND THEN SCRATCHED AT CHECK IN.
MUST BE 21 TO BUY A RABBIT !!! RABBITS Left for sale can be purchased anytime during the week but WILL NOT be released until the last Sunday of the fair.
ALL rabbits must be picked up the last Sunday of the fair 9/14/2025 from 4:00 - 7:00 pm, CST.
All ARBA recognized breeds can show and earn ARBA points and grand champion legs.
BREEDS will be sanctioned by individual breeders ONLY. To sanction a breed send a check (made out to the breed club) to Marge Drake, 494 Shaffie Lane, McMinnville, TN 37110 by August 2, 2025.
Rabbits not recognized with ARBA will be judged together in a Bunny class.
As a exhibitor please be sure your rabbits have water at all times while on the property. All reasonable care will be taken to provide a safe show, however, each exhibitor is ultimately responsible for all personal property including rabbits. The Nashville Fair or workers in the exhibit, will not be responsible for any loss that may occur, but will give every entry our best attention.
This show will be in the NEW AG-TIVITY HALL at the fairgrounds. Building is Air Conditioned.

NOTE:
IF TOTAL PREMIUMS WON EXCEED THE AMOUNT OFFERED BY THE NASHVILLE FAIR, THEN INDIVIDUAL PREMIUM AMOUNTS WILL BE PRORATED. REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF RABBITS AN EXHIBITOR HAS ENTERED IN AN INDIVIDUAL CLASS. ONLY TWO MONIES WILL BE PAID TO THE EXHIBITOR IN THAT PARTICULAR CLASS.
