2025 200HR Yoga Teacher Training

Are you ready to share your love of Yoga?

Our program primarily focuses on developing skills for safe, well-crafted, flow-based classes. Topics such as alignment, prop usage, developing your voice, and assessing the needs of individual students will be covered. In addition, our training programs cover standard ethical and business practices. Instruction will mainly focus on classical asana methodologies, so expect to participate in appropriate movement throughout training.

Meets the first full weekend of every month beginning August 2025 and ending January 2026

In-Person in The Space in East Nashville (limited to 10 trainees)

Investment:

$3100 Early Bird: must pay in full by June 15

$4000 after June 15 or if not paying in full ($500 deposit due by July 15; payment plan available)
