Sunday Feb 22 at 3pm throw on your comfiest sweats or PJs, grab a neck pillow and blanket, and head on down to the studio. Don't forget to grab your favorite/current book (or audio book) then slide into one of our luxurious silks. Snuggle up and sway gently as you get lost in your book. Or feel free to take an epic nap!
Plus, you can help yourself to tea/cocoa/coffee and cookies.
No silks experience required so anyone can join!
